ADVISOR (TRANSACTION SERVICES/CORPORATE FINANCE/FORENSIC/RESTRUCTURING)

KPMG’s Transaction Services practice helps clients plan and complete major business transactions. We work with clients to assess and analyze proposed transactions, highlighting the value drivers, risks and opportunities in the deal. Before investing in a company, due diligence is undertaken by our professionals, including accountants, tax specialists, actuaries and other professionals. We also help develop appropriate accounting, finance and tax structures as well as advising on post-deal and integration strategies.

Major responsibilities and duties:

• Supporting the Transactions & Restructuring service project team leaders in all areas and stages of project'
• drafting due diligence, feasibility studies, information memorandums, valuation reports and presentations for general release;
• working on financial due diligence engagements;
• market and sector research, including identification of new business opportunities;
• assistance in proposal preparation and participation in presenting to the clients.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience gained from working as auditor, analyst with investment bank, commercial bank or private equity firm – a distinct advantage!
• prior due diligence, business valuation and/or financial modeling experience;
• education - University degree or equivalent; studying for MBA degree, ACCA or CFA designation - an advantage;
• strong analytical abilities
• strong interest in financial advisory products and services;
• strong English and Lithuanian (verbal/written) language skills;
• good communication skills;
• ability to express thoughts in writing in logical and coherent manner.
