We are seeking to recruit:

JUNIOR ADVISOR/ASSOCIATE

Main responsibilities:

• Work as a part of the Transactions & Restructuring service team providing both the Lithuanian and international clients with financial advisory services;
• develop skills and ‘know-how’ regarding offers of the following service to our clients: Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Forensic or Restructuring services.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or Finance; MBA degree in progress or CFA designation will be considered as an advantage;
• knowledge of and/or prior due diligence, business valuation and/or financial modelling experience will be considered as an advantage;
• strong interest in financial advisory products and services;
• strong analytical and problem solving abilities;
• good professional communication skills;
• ability to prioritize work and work under tough deadlines;
• ability to express thoughts in writing in logical and coherent manner;
• fluent Lithuanian and English both spoken and written.
